Class & Group Visits

School set

Classes and groups are all welcome at Napa County libraries. Children's staff are also available to come to your site. Library presentations on such topics as the importance of reading, book care, research methods or other library topics may be available upon advanced request. If your group would like to visit the library (or if you would like us to visit your site), please call at least one month in advance. If your group is working on a specific assignment, please let us know as soon as posssible so that we can be sure to have resources available.

Please note that while we will make every effort to accommodate you on the date and time you request, it may not be possible due to staffing or programming conflicts. Due to library storytimes, requests for morning class visits at the Napa Main Library are scheduled for Monday and Friday mornings only. Afternoon class and group visits can be accommodated Monday through Friday with advance notice.  Because library programs for children are year-round, the first month of school in the fall, the last month of school in May, and two weeks in January have also been set aside for class visits.

To schedule a class or group visit, please call or e-mail your library contact person today!
