Study Center will reopen for Back to School
Does your student need a quiet place to study or do homework after school, with help available if he or she needs it? The Napa Main Library's Study Center will open for the school year on Monday, Aug. 19, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Free flu vaccine clinics set
Again this year, Public Health will offer free influenza vaccine to anyone over the age of 3. The clinics, which take place at various sites in the county, start in September.

Unsecured tax bills delinquent after Aug. 31

Upcoming Board of Supervisors meetings
The next regular meeting of the Napa County Board of Supervisors is Aug. 13. On the agenda: Introduction of new County employees; annual report from the Napa County Gang and Youth Violence Prevention Commission; presentation on the "Live Healthy Napa County" project; actions regarding a pilot program for procurement cards; staff request to close the financial books for the Fiscal Year ended June 30, 2013; plus consent items.
