of 23 attorneys, 12 investigators, 5 victim-witness advocates, as well as a
variety of administrative, finance and claims professionals. Our jurisdiction
covers nearly 800 square miles and provides services to our 140,000 Napa County

Divisions of the DA’s Office include Criminal, Juvenile,
Consumer/Environmental and Victim Witness Assistance. We also have assignments
specializing in the areas of gangs, sexual assault, elder abuse, domestic

prosecution of felony criminal matters as a convenience to victims and witness

safety is a top priority of local government so that we can continue to
maintain the high quality of life we enjoy in Napa County resulting in one of
the safest areas in California to live, work and raise our families. It is our
intent to do justice in this county, encourage crime victims on their journeys
to becoming survivors and work aggressively with our community on crime
