Adult Mental Health Services

Adult Mental Health provides a variety of services for adults 18 years of age and older including:

  • emergency and crisis services
  • pre-screening and referrals
  • mental health counseling
  • psychiatric medication review and management

Support services for adults with mental health issues
Adult Resource Center
Peer-based support services

WIA (Workforce Investment Act)

Vocational services - career planning, assessment, workshops

Adult Medication Services
Psychiatric evaluation and medication management 
Mental Health Counseling Services
Counseling services to Napa County residents who have Medi-Cal 
Conditional Release Program (CONREP)
Outpatient program for individuals who have gone through the criminal justice system

Cost of Services

Most people qualify for reduced fees or have access to insurance or other benefits that will cover part or all of our fees. Napa County Health and Human Services accepts Medi-Cal, Medicare, Healthy Families, and other insurance for our services. If you do not qualify for insurance, you will be expected to pay for all or some part of the costs of treatment received based on your financial circumstances.
