Provided through the Area Agency on Aging Serving Napa and Solano, MSSP provides assistance to frail adults, age 65 and older, who are at risk of placement in a skilled nursing facility. MSSP also helps arrange or provide for home delivered supplemental meals, home care, home safety modifications, respite care, transportation, companions, activity programs, medical care counseling, government benefits, and legal and money management services. Who qualifies for MSSP services? • Napa or Solano County residents aged 65 years and older who are covered by Medi-Cal. • Adults must have at least two deficits of Activities of Daily Living.
