The County is remodeling the interior lobby area, and the west wing of the 1st and 2nd floor of the Administration Building.  The work is comprised of tenant improvements consisting of constructing a combined permitting counter and lobby reception area along with associated casework, cubicle reconfiguration, and reconditioning of the first floor lobby area, all of which are located in the interior of the Napa County Administration Building. Contract was awarded to Carr's Construction Services of Santa Rosa California for their low bid of $597,000 which included two alteratives bid items.  Construction is scheduled for completion in mid April.
