A valid visitor security clearance must be on file (an individual cleared within 6 months of the walkthrough date) or a new Visitor Security Clearance Form submitted and cleared prior to attending the mandatory pre-bid site visit or viewing the plans. In addition to the Visitor Security Clearance Form a notarizedd Bid Period Non Disclosure Agreement (BPNDA) must be completed by the prospective bidder and received by the County prior to reviewing the Plans. Work on this projects involves demolition and replacement of existing Ruskin smoke damper actuators and testing the assembly, installing a damper monitoring and control system, installing electrical conduit, smoke testing, smoke and fire proofing, and interfacing with the existing fire alarm panel.
