The Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District (District) requested Qualification Statements from consultants regarding preparation of an analysis of options for cost-effect completion of the Napa River/Napa Creek Flood Protection Project (Project). The Project, a joint effort between the District and the Army Corps of Engineers (Corps), is approximately two-thirds complete. The Napa River Bypass portion of the Project has been funded and is expected to begin construction in late 2013/early 2014.
It is the intent of the District to evaluate all submittals relative to this RFQ received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2013 in the District's office at 804 First Street, Napa, CA 94559.
