Join the Poet Laureate of Napa county as she teaches Ekphrastic Poetry, the technique of describing visual artwork using words to explore the essence of a work of art. Ekphrastic Poetry has roots in the philosophy of ancient Greece and found popular use throughout the Renaissance, Baroque and Romantic periods.
