Monday, December 29 is the deadline for homeowners, renters and business owners affected by the earthquake to register for grants or low interest loans through FEMA or the Small Business Administration (SBA). For more information, visit disasterassistance.gov, call 1-800-621-FEMA or visit the Local Assistance Center at 301 First St., in Napa.
