Representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Small Business Association (SBA) are now on site to at the Napa Local Assistance Center (Napa LAC, 301 First Street in Napa) to assist residents and business owners with questions regarding the application process for earthquake recovery assistance.  Find out the new hours of operation here.
NewVet Connect: New Napa County Service for Veterans starts November 13
Napa County is hosting the first local Vet Connect on November 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at 650 Imperial Way, Room 103 in Napa. This free event will bring together the major organizations that support or assist Veterans.  Vet Connect will be an on-going event that will take place the second Thursday of each month.  For more info email or call the Veterans Service Office at (707) 253-6072.

Vaccination little girlIt's not too late to vaccinate
If you missed the community flu clinics you can now call Napa County Public Health at (707) 253-4270 for a free flu vaccine appointment at 2344 Old Sonoma Road, Building G in Napa.  You may also get flu vaccine from your regular healthcare provider or at many pharmacies.
TaxProperty tax payments are now due
The first installment of the annual property tax payment was due November 1 and is delinquent on December 10 at 5:00 p.m. Find out how to pay your property taxes in person, by mail, online or over the phone here.  Residents expecting a tax bill that have not received one are asked to contact the Treasurer-Tax Collector office at (707) 253-4312.
2014 BoardThe Next Board of Supervisors Meeting is Tuesday, November 25
The next Board of Supervisors meeting will take place the South Campus location of 2741 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Building 2.  The agenda will be available the week of November 24. Autumn's bountyMost Napa County offices closed for Thanksgiving
Most Napa County offices will be closed Thursday, November 27 and Friday November 28 in in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Some 24-hour facilities will be open. Please call ahead before visiting those facilities to ensure the services you need will be available.
