Lake BerryessaLocal water emergency declared for Lake Berryessa Estates Unit 2
On August 7 Napa County declared a local emergency and ordered mandatory water conservation measures of no more than 50 gallons of water per person, per day for residents of Lake Berryessa Estates Unit 2.  The County is working with local and state partners to determine short and long term solutions while ensuring access to safe, clean drinking water to residents of Berryessa Estates.  Residents may email Molly.Rattigan@countyofnapa.org or call (707) 253-4112 for more information.

Healthy ManCNN Video Contest: Napa County inspires residents to be healthy
On July 25 Live Healthy Napa County asked residents to make and upload a short video to the CNN 10 Project telling and showing how Napa County inspires them to be healthy.  The community response was impressive: as of August 14, out of 140 total from across America 56 videos were from Napa County.  Watch videos and find out what's next on the video contest homepage.
